Chemsteel Construction Company, founded
in 1942, originally serviced the chemical
and steel industries with professional
selection and installation of acid proof and
corrosion resistant systems, thus its name.
In recent years Chemsteel has expanded its
services to include general construction for
plant maintenance and capital projects.
During May 2005 Chemsteel ownership
changed and the company restructured
into a Women Owned Business Enterprise.
While Chemsteel continues to lead the
industry in specialty coating applications,
its extensive general construction services
and WBE status have
propelled the company into numerous industries
worldwide.
